All Spoilt Rotten Kids items are made to order, please allow up to 3 days to process and create your order prior to dispatch. This time frame does not include weekends or bank holidays. Any orders placed after 10am on Tuesday will not be processed until Thursday morning, and orders placed after 10am on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Any urgent orders please contact us before placing your order. We always try to make sure we have all materials in stock but sometimes supplies will be unavailable. In the event of your order being unavailable we will contact you to issue you a full refund or if you'd prefer let you know when it is back in stock.
If you would like to return any of your items just contact us within 14 days of receipt and send items back - unused, in original packaging, new condition for a refund on the item. Purchaser pays return postage. If you request an exchange on your order you may be requested to pay additional costs to dispatch your order. If you believe a item to be faulty this must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and returned to us for inspection. Either a refund or replacement will be given if found to be faulty. Any items that have been personalised can not be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty.
